The customer service was exceptional - they went out of their way to accommodate our request for a larger room and it made a huge difference. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of beds for everyone. The location was also very convenient, with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby. The hotel even offered a private car service, which was a nice bonus. I thought it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was okay, no major issues.

The value for money at this hotel is truly outstanding. The spacious rooms, especially the ones with huge bathrooms, are designed for disabilities and offer great comfort. The attention to detail is commendable, with amenities like two double beds or a "queen size" bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location at the center of the city is convenient, with easy access to nearby supermarkets and convenient stores. The breakfast selection, although mainly Asian food, provides a satisfactory start to the day. Furthermore, the staff offers excellent customer service, going the extra mile to accommodate special requests. Lastly, the hotel maintains good cleanliness and the rooms are well-maintained.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the city. The staff were friendly and upgraded my room for free. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious with comfortable beds. The hotel had its own car park, which was really useful in the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for getting around and exploring this city, as it was close to attractions and shopping malls. The breakfast was also really good and had traditional Asian food options.
Nothing.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations, as there were some visible dust and stains. the bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of amenities provided, including free bottled water. The location was convenient, with several stores and a local market nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service.
The elevators and corridors looked old and unkempt, and there were ants in the room. Breakfast was not up to standard, with limited choices and cold, tasteless food.
